Boy Assaulted At School

NOWRA Police are appealing for information after a young boy was assaulted in the grounds of Illaroo Road Public School, North Nowra.
The 12-year-old North Nowra boy was walking with a 13-year-old boy from Bomaderry through the school car park around 8pm on Friday.The boy was confronted by a man who assaulted him, striking him to the head and body with a metal bar before leaving the area in a vehicle described as a small silver or grey four-door car.The boy suffered facial cuts and bruising and was treated at Shoalhaven Hospital. His companion was uninjured.The attacker is described as Caucasian and of solid build, around 180cm tall and wearing baggy white pants and a white cap.
